A/W Guidelines

For those creating their own A/W, please see some guidelines below:

Artwork guidelines
We are happy to use your given artwork, however we have in-house designers that can be speed up the process. If you are unsure of what to do, contact us for advice on how to create your artwork. Our Design charge starts from £30.00.

Software programs and Document formats
Preferably artwork should be created in Adobe Illustrator (AI), Adobe Photoshop (PSD) Adobe InDesign (INDD) or High resolution PDF / TIFF files. We can provide you with a/w specifications for all our products. All artwork should be set to be proportionately set to the correct size.
It is important to create your A/W to exact proportions in relation to the actual print. For graphics that will cover several panels (e.g. a Pop-Up display), the artwork needs to be created as one page and we will divide it up suit. (Note: Try to keep text away from any joins in the Pop-Up.)

Photographs
Photographs should be saved as TIFF, JPEG or PDF in either RGB or CMYK (the graphic will always be printed CMYK)
If you require advise, please contact us for more information.

Colours
If you working to a particular colour, please specify RGB,HEX , CMYK breakdown or Pantone no. Alternatively send a colour sample.

Logotypes
For best results, logotypes should be vectorized EPS files or high res PDF.

Typefaces
If part of the design is type please convert to outline/vectorised thus avoiding type conflict.

Include images, graphics, logotype and typefaces.
